Refund policy
At SayCake by Honey & Dough, every cake is handcrafted with care. However, due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we follow a strict refund policy:
1. No Refunds for Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be refunded. In case of emergencies, we may offer store credit at our discretion if informed at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Wrong or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong product or the cake is visibly damaged at the time of pick-up/delivery, please inform us immediately with photos. We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or partial credit) where applicable.
3. Missed Pickups
Cakes not collected on the committed date/time will not be refunded. We will not be liable for any spoilage caused due to delays in pick-up.
4. Taste and Texture Complaints
We do not offer refunds based on personal taste preferences. However, feedback is welcome and helps us improve.
