To ensure the best experience, please note our order and collection timings:

1. Order Lead Time

All cakes must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Pick-Up Timing Guidelines

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM are eligible for next morning pick-up anytime during business hours.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be ready next day by evening.

3. Delivery (If Applicable)

If delivery service is opted for, accurate address and contact information must be provided. Delays caused by incorrect details or unavailability at the address are not our responsibility.

4. Pick-Up Instructions

Customers must arrive at the selected outlet at the designated pick-up time. Please carry your confirmation email/SMS.
